BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 1515 South Scenic Highway, being on the northeast line of South Scenic Highway northwest of Lower Cravens Terrace. Lots 9 and 10, Cravens Subdivision No. One, as shown by plat of record in plat book 1, page 17, ROHC, and an adjoining unplatted tract; being the property described in deed book 4454, page 377, ROHC. Tax Map No. 155H-C-3, and 155I-C-9. from C-2 Convenience Commercial Zone to C-1 Highway Commercial Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. Access only from Scenic Highway; 2. Use as restaurant and motel only; 3. Buildings shall not be over 37 feet in height; and 4. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as required by law.
